Delivery

Most orders are delivered in 1 - 3 days. All deliveries to the UK mainland are FREE of charge. Some orders, such as orders being shipped directly from Italy, may take longer (up to 5 working days from the Italian Factory in Pisa). Extra charges may apply where we have to deliver items outside the UK Mainland area. If you place an order which is outside the UK Mainland area, we will contact you. Our 3rd party couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order.

If you have any special delivery instructions please type these instructions into the note section of the order process and we’ll pass them on to the courier.

Returns

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on every product we sell. If what you purchase does not live up to your expectations, you can of course return it to us.

We will happily refund orders that are returned within 14 days from the date your order is received. All items being returned must be in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back with us, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive with us or the supplier.

If you wish to exchange your order simply contact us via email and return the product within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once we have received the goods, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. We will process your exchange as soon as the returned product arrives with us or our suppliers.

Our returns process is simple and hassle free, ensuring you have the best possible shopping experience with us:

  2. We will then reply to confirm the return/exchange.
  3. After the return is confirmed we’ll provide the address you should send the case back to. If the return is due to an error on our part we will issue you with a return receipt and arrange for our courier to collect the case from your address.
  4. When the package arrives back with us we will then process the refund/exchange.
