Delivery

Most orders are delivered in 1 - 3 days Delivery is FREE of charge.

Most orders are delivered within 24hrs of the order being placed. Some orders, such as orders being shipped directly from Italy, may take longer (this only applies to items out of stock in the UK and may take 1 working day extra).

The FREE delivery only applies to UK Mainland. Extra charges may apply where we have to deliver items outside the UK Mainland area. If you place an order which is outside the UK Mainland area, we will contact you.

Our 3rd party couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order.

For orders outside of the UK, please Contact us for a delivery quote. A payment request will then be issued for this amount.

Returns

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on every product we sell. If what you purchase does not live up to your expectations, you can of course return it to us.

We will happily refund orders that are returned within 14 days from the date your order is received. All items being returned must be in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back with us, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive with us or the supplier.

If you wish to exchange your order simply contact us via email and return the product within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once we have received the goods, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive with us or our suppliers.
