Cancellation of order
All Briefcase Direct products come directly from the manufacturers. If you wish to cancel an order please  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  and we will try and help you with your cancellation. Because all products are shipped directly from manufacturers we cannotguarantee that the order will be cancelled when submitted. Remember to have your order number and contact details included in your email so that we may aid you as promptly as possible. We will then call to alert you of our progress in cancelling your order.

Privacy Policy
Briefcase Direct uses PayPal to process website payments. You are free to browse our website without submitting any personal details. However when you make a purchase you will be asked to submit your personal details such as your name, address, telephone number and email address so that we can process and fulfill your order. To enter your credit/debit card details and complete your order you will be directed to PayPal’s secure site, which is extremely secure in comparison to other websites allowing you to order with confidence that your details are secure.  

The information we collect from you during purchase will not be shared with any other companies for marketing purposes or used for any other purposes other than our website shopping facility

Payment is made via PayPal. Payment is accepted with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and the following debit cards: Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo, Electron Visa and American Express.

We reserve the right to decline any orders placed with us.

Delivery
Most orders are delivered in 1 - 3 days

Delivery is FREE of charge.

Some orders, such as orders being shipped directly from Italy, may take longer.

*The FREE delivery only applies to UK Mainland. Extra charges may apply where we have to deliver items outside the UK Mainland area. If you place an order which is outside the UK Mainland area, we will contact you.
Our 3rd party couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order.


Refunds and Returns
You must contact us via email before the return of any product providing your order number and contact details.

Refunds
We will only refund orders that are returned within 14 days from the date your order is received.

All items being returned must be in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back with us, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive with us or the supplier.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange your order you must contact us via email and return the product within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once we have received the goods, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive with us or our suppliers.

Damages.

We must be notified within 7 days of your order being fulfilled if your product arrives damaged or with some sort of defect. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.
We can only refund the original card details, or bank account used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number. When you email us to notify us of a return or exchange request you will be issued with a return number which will be used as a reference for your return.
